As healthcare systems become increasingly interconnected, reliant on digital technologies, and adopt artificial intelligence, the role of security officers, CTOs, and informaticists has become more critical than ever. To effectively protect patient data, safeguard medical devices, and mitigate cyber threats in 2024, digital health leaders must expand their networks and communities beyond traditional boundaries. Expansive and strong networks and communities will lead to success in a hyper-dynamic environment. This session aims to emphasize the pressing need for digital health leaders to broaden their networks and forge partnerships with diverse stakeholders. Collaboration and knowledge sharing allows leaders to collectively work towards achieving safe, secure, and high-performing health systems. Organizations to support employee mental health and drive impactful inclusion strategies, they must plan with greater insight and intent. The key, however, is not specific programs or offerings, but rather the prevalence and experience of mental health and stigma variations across identities and communities. While opportunities do exist, this change must start with leaders modeling vulnerability and conversations around the challenges they face to normalize these experiences. This session aims to explore the critical intersection of diversity and mental wellness, equipping healthcare executives with the knowledge, tools, and strategies to create inclusive environments that prioritize the mental well-being of their workforce and patient populations.

Digital health includes digital care programs, technologies connected to health, healthcare, and living, and societal efforts to improve efficiency and make medicine more personalized and precise. Achieving a high level of digital health enlightenment will undoubtedly improve outcomes. Using information, communication, and other technologies, health systems can facilitate better understanding of health problems and the challenges faced by patients, as well as socially prescribing more personalized and precise ways to reduce the costs and improved results. Digital health is a model unlike any other. It will require fundamental changes in many of the core functions of health systems and expanded adoption of technology products and services all working together across the care continuum.
